Design 
In an industry where requirements are constantly changing, our design team is prepared to anticipate your needs and respond with innovative solutions. Utilizing state-of-the-art software including Pro/Engineer®, Solid-Works®, Cosmos® Finite Element Analysis, and MoldFlow®, our design team works with you to insure your products meet or exceed your greatest expectations. 

Process
Colson Plastics operates a full range of modern equipment. Our facilities contain computer controlled processes to improve quality and eliminate human error. In-process controls, including vision system detection and alarm systems, monitor the quality of materials and production. Maximum efficiency is achieved through Flexible Manufacturing Cells. In addition, Robotics are utilized to complete high volume orders.

Quality
Colson Plastics works to make sure our products deliver maximum performance and durability. Initial runs of new products are sampled to our customers for sign off. Once approved, this sample becomes the quality standard. All future production meets this standard or it never leaves our plant.
